Ljilja House
Ljilja House is a house with character. This combination of elegance and style was created to give you the feeling of home in the heart of Herzegovina.
Visitors are always delighted again by the combination of colors, among which turquoise prevails, creating a feeling of peace and relaxation and positive energy.
Furniture made of white wood, wall paneling and many details leave an impression on every visitor. The name of the designer is regularly requested, but there is none because we did the work ourselves.
Everything you see is a combination of our personalities, experiences, books read and miles traveled, and we are happy to share that with our guests.

The ‘Rustic Room’ is an additional room of 16 m2 which, as their base on the Bandurića Kuća Estate, is chosen by people with a slightly more adventurous spirit and those who want to experience Herzegovina as it used to be.
It is also attractive to guests who know how refreshing it is on summer nights to fall asleep in a house with stone walls, on the most beautiful bed on the property, covered with the finest satin bed linen.
It is also sought after by those who want to drink their first morning coffee on a terrace with a Mediterranean touch, under kiwi trees, with the smell of tranquility and birdsong.
Washing in a basin (antique vessel) or showering outdoors is something
which many do not want to miss.

Terrace no. 1 is located in front of the Rustic Room and is dominated by a table with 6 chairs. Terrace no. 2 has a fireplace and a table with a capacity of 8 people, covered by a large umbrella. Terrace no. 3 has a campfire area with 5 chairs for enjoying the fire at night. Terrace no. 4 is located in the shade of vines, and many guests consider it the most beautiful because of the unique view of the sunset on the horizon. In addition to all of the above, the entire property has several other interesting places to relax, each with its own personality. A table for 4 people surrounded by vines and a stone fountain. Deck chair covered with kiwi trees. Stone benches in the central part with a view of the horizon. For those who like sports, in addition to everything mentioned, there are also 2 bicycles, a basketball hoop, table tennis, chess, darts and cards. A garden with numerous seasonal vegetables is always available to our guests.
The best way to drink your morning coffee is on the Mediterranean-style terrace in front of the rustic room.
Do not miss having breakfast in the glazed terrace of “Ljilja House” because you will feel as if you have woken up in a romantic story.
Gourmets always choose the terrace next to the fireplace, impatiently waiting for the boss to serve them veal under the grill.
Often the sun doesn’t want to set, knowing that it won’t find such beauty as the eye can see from the terrace under the vines, with a view of the horizon.
Although it is the last stop of this property, the terrace by the pool is the most attractive place for our guests. It is so dynamic that some people even start the morning on it.
When night falls for others, however, there is no dilemma – the fireplace is the right place to enjoy. Homemade bacon baked on a campfire is a worthy substitute for marshmallow cookies.
